How to explain Entanglement?

Entanglement is, imho, one of the craziest and most liberating idea in physics!

So I tried to find some youtube clip to explain it without too much physics. It wasn’t easy, … but then I came across a podcast called Invisibilia. The first 5+ minutes of the podcast below gives you a feeling of how weird entanglement is ^_^ !
